Timothy Tieyah Laurenzana

Tim Tieyah Laurenzana, 90, passed away, Wednesday September 16, 2026 at Midland Hospice House in Topeka, KS. 

He was born February 5, 1936 at Richards Spur, Comanche County, Oklahoma to Leon Laurenzana and Julia Tieyah. 

Tim was a proud Comanche whose life was marked by many accomplishments, including Martial Arts Grandmaster and 9th degree Black Belt. He was inducted into the Texas Martial Arts Hall of fame, a member of Comanche Indian Veterans Association, and Head Singer/Drum Chief of the White Buffalo Singers. 

He was preceded in death by daughter, Marshall Laurenzana and former wife, Marlene Wauqua. He is survived by daughter, Ramona Bledsoe, granddaughter, Chastity Cole (JL), and his partner of over 34 years, Maria Martinez. 

Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. October 3, at Comanche Nation Funeral Home, Lawton, OK. Burial to follow at Otipoby Comanche Cemetery, Lawton, OK.
