Shari L. Staehli

Shari L. Staehli, age 73, of Topeka, KS, passed away at her home with her husband by her side on Saturday, July 4, 2020 in Topeka, KS. She was born the daughter of Celestine “Joe” and Bernadette (Ubert) Dreher on September 16, 1946 in Topeka, KS. After graduating from high school, she attended college and received her Bachelors Degree in Nursing. She was a Registered Nurse for many years. Shari was of the catholic faith and was a member of Most Pure Heart of Mary Catholic Church. She was very creative and enjoyed arts and crafts that included crocheting and ceramics. She owned Shari’s Ceramics, teaching and creating beautiful ceramics items. She loved to help people and always had a generous spirit. Survivors include her beloved husband of 50 years, James “Jim” Staehli of Topeka; nephew, Dillon (Michelle Albano) Dreher of Kansas City, MO; niece, Lindy (Jeff) Brewer of Topeka; great-nephews and niece, Jalen Michael Moore, Camden Joseph Wayne Brewer, Nolan Jeffrey Thomas Brewer and Talia Scarlett Dreher, and a half-sister, Gigi (Kalwat) Singh. She is preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, Michael Thomas Dreher who passed away on May 15, 2020. Visitation will be held on Monday, July 13, 2020 from 9:30-11:00 A.M., followed by a funeral service at 11:00 A.M., both being held at Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Topeka.
