Scott Andrew Wheeler

Scott Andrew Wheeler, 47, of Mayetta, passed away on September 7, 2022 in Topeka, Kansas.

He was born April 2, 1975, in Topeka, the son of Garry Lee and Joan Elaine (Donovan) Wheeler.

Scott attended Royal Valley High School in Hoyt, Kansas.

He enjoyed spending time with his children and granddaughter, watching movies, fishing, and bowling.  Scott was an animal lover, adopting many over the years from the humane society.

He married Jessica Gail Hernandez on December 18, 2011, in Mayetta, Kansas.  She survives of the home.

Other survivors include sons, Isaac Norton of Emporia, KS, Nathaniel Wheeler of Topeka, KS, Levi Wheeler of Manhattan, KS; daughters Isabella Wheeler of Mayetta, KS, Daisy Mae Wheeler of Mayetta, KS; granddaughter, Catteleya Wheeler-Mesa of Holton, KS; his mother, Joan Wheeler of Hoyt, KS; brothers, Donald Wheeler of Hoyt, KS, and Tommy Wheeler of Illinois.

Scott always gave all his love to his wife and children.

The family will receive friends from 10:00am to 11:00am Wednesday, September 21, 2022, at Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home, 800 SW 6^th Ave., Topeka, KS 66603.  A memorial service will immediately follow at 11:00am.

Following the service, everyone is invited to a lunch after at Crestview Shelter 4801 SW Shunga Dr. Topeka, KS 66614.
