Richard (Quah-goh) Mzhickteno, 89, of Topeka, KS died January 3, 2019.
He was born January 21, 1929, the son of Charles and Minnie (Wapp) Mzhickteno.
Richard served in the US Marine Corps during WW II and was a member of Sac And Fox and Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation. For the majority of his life he worked as a brick layer
Richard is survived by a daughter, Richinda Harvey and her husband, Tony of Park City, KS; a grandson, Kris Harvey and his wife Donna of Lindsborg, KS. Three great-grandchildren, Anthony Harvey, Grace Harvey and Julia Harvey also survive.
There will be a wake from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. Tuesday at Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home. Graveside services will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at the Shipsee Cemetery.
