ReyDavid "Papa-San" Fuentes

ReyDavid “Papa-San” Fuentes, age 24, of Topeka, KS, passed away on Sunday, September 10, 2023.

He was born the son of Ulises C. Fuentes and Maria E. (Estrada) Fuentes on December 1, 1998, in Topeka, KS.

ReyDavid enjoyed playing video games, working out and staying fit and attending his bible study class. Spending time with his family, especially his nieces, Rosaline and Liliana, brought him the greatest joy.

Survivors include his father, Ulises Fuentes; mother, Maria Fuentes; brother Estephan Fuentes; sister, Anais Fuentes; two nieces, Rosaline and Lilana Fuentes; paternal grandmother, Maria De Jesus Cerca; two paternal uncles and one paternal aunt; maternal grandparents, Ruben and Lucia Ortiz; and four maternal aunts.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, ReyDavid Fuentes; and maternal aunt, Eloisa Lopez.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 A.M., on Monday, September 18, 2023, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery-Topeka. The family kindly requests all those attending to please wear ReyDavid’s favorite color, red and black for the services.
