Phillip Edward Broadus

Phillip Edward Broadus, 52, of Topeka, Kansas, passed away on June 5, 2026, at Stormont-Vail Hospital. He was born January 23, 1974, in Topeka, Kansas.

Phillip attended Most Pure Heart of Mary Grade School and later graduated from Topeka West High School in 1992. He went on to build a dedicated career at Reser’s Fine Foods Inc., where he worked for 14 years as a well respected lead known for his work ethic and leadership.

A man of faith and compassion, Phillip was known for his generous spirit and big heart. He cherished his relationships and was always ready to lend a helping hand to friends, support his crew, and volunteer at Harvesters when he could.

Phillip enjoyed the outdoors, especially spending time grilling and relaxing in nature. He loved his cat, who brought him comfort and companionship.

He was proceeded in death by his parents. He is survived by three siblings, six nieces and nephews, and friends who will remember him for his kindness, generosity, and faith.

A time of visitation for family and friends to gather, share memories, and offer condolences in honor of Phillip Broadus will be held on June 19, 2026 from noon to 2 p.m. at Brennan–Mathena Funeral Services, 800 SW. 6th Ave., Topeka, KS. His final resting place will be at Topeka Cemetery at a later time.
