Patricia A. Benshoff

Patricia A. Benshoff, age 88, of Topeka, KS, passed away on Sunday, September 11, 2022, at Stormont Vail Hospital.

She was born the daughter of Fred Mason and Dorothy (Hahn) Lillibridge on July 21, 1934, in Marysville, KS.

On September 15, 1953, Patricia married Melvin Dean Benshoff in Omaha, NE. Together, they shared 44 years of marriage. Melvin passed away on March 28, 1998.

Patricia was a long-time paralegal in Topeka. She loved taking care of and having many cats throughout the years. She was a very religious woman that had a deep faith in God. Her life was centered on her family and her relationship with the Lord.

Survivors include her son, Brad Benshoff and his wife Cindy of Missoula, MT; four granddaughters, Ashlee Hartpence and her husband Dalton, Rachel Tittle and her husband Cory, Sarah Benshoff, and Hannah Benshoff-Bertsch; six great-grandchildren, Avery, Weslee, Kaylee, Piper, Leeland, and Bentlee; as well as one sister, Janet Tate.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Michael Dean Benshoff.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 A.M., on Friday, September 23, 2022, at the Marysville Cemetery in Marysville, KS. She will be laid to rest next to her husband and son.
