Norman L. Hogan, age 83, of Topeka, KS, passed away on Thursday, July 10, 2025, at Stormont Vail Hospital.

He was born the son of John P. and Leta J. (Breeding) Hogan on August 14, 1941, in Home, KS. On October 14, 1961, Norman married his beloved sweetheart, Marcia J. Stattelman at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Topeka. Together, they shared 63 years of marriage.

Norman was a family man to the core as he cherished raising his kids and attending his grandchildren’s events. In his early years, Norman, Marcia, and the kids spent most weekends camping and spending time with other families at local area lakes. Later in life, he and Marcia loved to take family cruises, and their favorite trip was to Rome. Norman spent time cheering on his favorite teams, the KC Chiefs, Royals, KU Jayhawks and K-State Wildcats. He was the happiest when he was surrounded by his loving family.

Survivors include his wife, Marcia Hogan; two sons, Curtis Hogan and his wife Carrie, Kevin Hogan and his wife Mechelle; two daughters, Brenda Beck and her husband Mark, Cindy Bigenwalt and her husband Brian; as well as 10 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and one on the way. He is also survived by his sister, Rosalie Johnson.
