Monte Ray Montgomery

Monte Ray Montgomery, age 83, of Topeka, passed away on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, at his home in Topeka. 

He was born on November 4, 1942, the son of Orville and Evelyn (Weakly) Montgomery. Monte was blessed with two children, Stephen Montgomery and Laura Bañuelos; as well as three grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. He also leaves behind his beloved wife, Maria of 43 years. 

Monte was preceded in death be his cherished grandson, Gordos Bañuelos. 

Cremation has taken place and no services are planned at this time.
