Joshua "Josh" N. Reynolds

Joshua “Josh” N. Reynolds, age 42, died tragically on Sunday, October 11, 2026.

He was born the son to Julia Alvarez on June 27, 1984, in Topeka, KS.

Following high school graduation, Josh entered the workforce, most recently putting his mechanical talents to use as an auto mechanic. Josh possessed a remarkable gift for music and creativity, with a natural ability to express himself through his artistry. Equally gifted with his hands, he had an extraordinary talent for fixing just about anything. To Josh, something broken was never beyond repair. He could find a solution, often adding his own creative touch to make it even better than before. He especially enjoyed working on cars and motorcycles, customizing them and making each project uniquely his own.

Josh also cherished spending time with family and friends. Known for his love of Michael Jordan apparel, he especially enjoyed sporting the latest Air Jordans. Although his life was tragically cut short, Josh leaves behind memories of his musical creativity, ingenuity, and remarkable ability to bring new life to almost anything he touched. His creative spirit, resourcefulness, and one-of-a-kind talents will be fondly remembered by all who knew and loved him.

Survivors include his mother; children, Skye Brock, Sean Brock, Asher Robinson, Joshlynn Reynolds and Josh Reynolds, Jr. Other survivors include his siblings, Monica Ray, Alison Conyer, Nathan Cox, and Elvira Moore; as well as other family members and friends.

A graveside service and burial will take place at 1:00 P.M., on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, at Rochester Cemetery.
