Jason M. Smith, age 55, of Topeka, KS, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at the Midland Hospice House.
Visitation with viewing will be held from 9:30-11:00 A.M., on Saturday, August 1st, 2026, at the Topeka Baptist Church, 3301 SW Gage Blvd, Topeka, KS 66614. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 A.M., at the church with burial taking place at Prairie Home Cemetery.
Memorial contributions can be made in Jason's memory to Topeka Baptist Church in care of the funeral home.
