Ja'Laiha Lynn Goodman-Nicol

Ja'Laiha Lynn Goodman-Nicol, precious daughter of one year, ten months and thirty days, passed away with her loving family by her side on Wednesday, August 17, 2022, in Topeka.

She was born the daughter of Da’Ronnie Goodman and Adrianna Marie Nicol on September 18, 2020, in Topeka, KS.

Little Ja’Laiha would brighten any room she was in. She loved her plush elephant, her dog and cuddles from her family, especially, her mom. Although Ja’Laiha’s life was short, she made an everlasting impact on the people she was around. She will be dearly missed but not forgotten.

Survivors include her loving mom, Adrianna Marie Nicol; grandma, Andrea Sanders; grandpa, Justin Finnell; great-grandpa, Mark Sanders; great-grandma, Cheryl Sanders; uncles, Derick Coffman and Chase Coffman. Other survivors include three great uncles, two second cousins and a loving extended family.

Visitation with viewing will be held on Wednesday, August 24, 2022, from 2-3:00 P.M., followed by a funeral service at 3:00 P.M., all at Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home. Cremation will take place following the service.

Memorial contributions can be made in Ja'Laiha's loving memory to Children's Mercy (NICU). Contributions can be mailed or left with the funeral home.
