Gary Eugene Cooper

Gary Eugene Cooper, 74, of Topeka, passed away Sunday, July 16, 2023, at The Gardens at Aldersgate.

He was born March 22, 1949 in Parsons, Kansas, the son of Eugene and Virginia Cooper.

Gary moved from Parsons in 1996 to Topeka, receiving support from Individual Support Systems (CAPPER).

He collected colorful stationary, enjoyed classic cars, and was very patriotic.

Gary is survived by his longtime friend and guardian, Tracey Herman of Topeka, Kansas.

Cremation has taken place and memorial services will be announced at a later date.
