Francisco Sazo Flores

Francisco Sazo Flores, 91, of Topeka, KS, died Thursday, October 22, 2020 in the comfort of his own home with his loving family at his side.

He was born October 4, 1929 in San Pedro Ayanpuc, Guatemala the son of Fidel and Luz (Flores) Sazo.

Francisco was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church and worked in highway construction.

He married Narcisa Soc, she preceded him in death in 1993.  He is survived by ten children, Samuel Sazo, Alfredo Sazo, Mayra E. Sazo, Tulio Saso, Sara J. Sazo, Aura R. Sazo, Edgar R. Sazo, Jaime R. Sazo, Alida C. Sazo and Lucy A. Sazo.  Twenty-nine grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren and two great great-grandchildren also survive.  He was also was preceded in death by a daughter, Marleny O. Sazo and five grandchildren.

Private family viewing will be held at Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home.  He will be flown to Guatemala where his funeral services will be conducted.
