Enrique Retana Soto

Enrique Retana Soto, age 73, of Topeka, KS, passed away on Monday, June 15, 2020 at Stormont Vail Hospital in Topeka. 

Enrique was born the son of Valentin Retana Maldonado and Benita Soto Gomez on July 15, 1946 in Morteros, Durango, Mexico.

He is survived by his nine children and a loving extended family. 

He preceded in death by his parents; wife, Petra Simental-Camargo and a son, Valentin Retana.

Visitation will be held on Friday, June 19, 2020 from 3-8:00 P.M. at the Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home. During the visitation, masks are required as well as abiding to the social distancing standards.

The family will have a private funeral mass.
