Emily Marie Yoho-Coffman

Emily Marie Yoho-Coffman, 40, of Topeka, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, September 18, 2023.

She was born September 20, 1982, in Topeka, the daughter of Stuart Yoho and Annabelle Lee (Caldwell) Yoho.

Emily was an artist.  She enjoyed making costumes, jewelry, and baking beautiful birthday cakes.

She married Justin Keith Gary Coffman, on October 25, 2013, in Topeka.  He survives.

Other survivors include sons, Joel Yoho of Topeka, and Beau Coffman of Topeka; her parents, Stuart and Annabelle Yoho of Topeka; brothers, Eli Bargmann of Overland Park, Jeremy Yoho of Topeka; brothers in law, JD Coffman of Topeka, and Nathan Coffman (Andrea) of Topeka; step grandmother, Carol Yoho of Lee’s Summit, MO; uncles, Alex Yoho (Sherry) of Topeka, and Nicholas Yoho of Lawrence; cousins, Josh Yoho of Topeka, Delaney Gliser (Shane) of North Kansas City, MO, and Sarah Yoho of Lawrence; as well as on nephew, Gideon Lufkin of Overland Park.

Emily was preceded in death by her grandparents, Max and Rosemary Yoho, Mary Huston, and Jackie Caldwell.

A memorial service will be held at Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home, at 2:00pm on Friday, October 13, 2023.

Inurnment will take place later in Mt. Hope Cemetery in Topeka, KS.
