Eleyne M. Drapeaux

Eleyne M. Drapeaux, age 66, of Topeka, KS, passed away on Monday, July 13, 2020 at Stormont Vail Hospital.

She was born daughter of Ace L. and Nella (Lawson) Drapeau on March 29, 1954 in Manhattan, KS.

After high school, Eleyne obtained her certification as a Licensed Practical Nurse. She worked in the medical field for many years. She enjoyed reading, studying Theology and listening to a variety of music. Above all, spending time with her children and grandchildren was her true love.

Survivors include her two daughters, Camille Drapeaux-Stewart and her husband Monk, Ravinder Drapeaux; sister, Sandy Drapeau; seven grandchildren, Helena, Holden, Wachiwi, Nella, Itzel, Andrew and Emmanuel.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Irene Olson.

A private family service will be held at the Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home. Burial will take place at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Topeka.
