Donald Lee Crow

Donald Lee Crow, age 83, of Topeka, KS, passed away on Monday, October 30, 2023, at The Healthcare Resort of Topeka.

He was born the son of Chester L. and Julia Opal (Care) Crow on November 12, 1939, in Shattuck, OK.

On June 4, 1974, Donald married Frances S. “Sharon” Heim in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Together, they shared 47 years of marriage until Sharon’s passing on April 16, 2022.

Donald was an avid sports fan, always cheering for the KC Chiefs, KC Royals, and KU Jayhawks. Outside of sports, he was very knowledgeable with all types of automobiles. Donald was a longtime autobody repair technician for various autobody shops. His greatest joy was spending time with his grandchildren and especially his great-grandson.

Survivors include his son, Larry Don Crow; daughter, Hallie Doud and her husband Michael of Topeka; grandson, Larry Don Crow, Jr.; granddaughter, Brandy Moyer and her husband Andrew Moyer; and beloved great-grandson, Logan Moyer.

Donald was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Sharon; and son, Charles Crow.

A memorial graveside service will be at 1:00 P.M., on Tuesday, November 7, 2023, at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in the Four Evangelist section.
