Dominic “Wishkeno” Lee Dominguez, 45, of Mayetta, Kansas, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, October 28, 2025.

He was born on March 11, 1980, in Topeka, Kansas, the son of Santos L. and Mary E. (Sheppard) Dominguez.

Dominic had a deep love for music of all kinds and enjoyed spending time outdoors. He especially loved gathering with family and friends for barbeques, where laughter and good food always brought everyone together. In his younger years, Dominic played baseball and carried his passion for sports throughout his life, cheering proudly for the Raiders, Chiefs, and 49ers.

Survivors include his children, Isiah Dominguez (Sierra), Savannah Dominguez, Adriell Dominguez, Isin Dominguez, Angelica Dominguez and Carmen. His six beloved grandchildren include Kaiden, Kaleb, Kye, Gianna, Stella, and Dottie Dominguez. Other survivors include his godson, Gabriel Dominguez; ex-wife, Felicia Marie Anguiano, whom he married on May 5th, 2000; father, Santos Dominguez; brothers, Anthony “Tony” Dominguez, Santos “Tito” Dominguez; and a sister, Angela Dominguez. Dominic leaves behind a loving extended family that includes aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary E. Dominguez; and grandma, Dorothy Mae Sheppard.

He will lie in state from 5-9:00 P.M., on Sunday, November 2, 2025, at Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be held at 10:00 A.M., on Monday, November 3, 2025, at the funeral home with burial following at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. The honor of being casket bearers include Tony Dominguez, Tito Dominguez, Isiah Dominguez, Mark Rodriguez, Joe Wishteyah, Juan Wishteyah, Kenneth Riley and Cody Shipshee.
