Dinah Sue (Peters) Williams, age 66, passed away surrounded by loved ones. Dinah was born in 1959 in Garden City, KS. She was the second of five children to Glen and Barbara Peters. She spent her teenage years in Barstow, CA and graduated from Barstow HS. She met the love of her life George P. Williams and they married on October 21st, 1978. They had three children: Adrian, Christopher, and Stephanie. Around 1992 the family moved to Mohave Valley, AZ.
Ms. Dinah loved children and loved helping others learn how to cultivate the same care and affection she showed every child. She was always around to help babysit for friends. She obtained a CDA at MCC to facilitate her career in early childhood development. Dinah truly loved being a teacher and mentor at the Little Dust Devils and Tiny T-Birds daycares. She enjoyed volunteering with the Girl Scouts, the Columbian Ladies, and being a Team Mom for her children and Husband’s sports teams. Dinah showed up, cheered loud, and made sure everyone had what they needed and more. The lives she touched, and the differences she made, are incalculable.
She is survived by her loving husband George P. Williams, her children Adrian & Tina, Christopher, and Stephanie. Her siblings Debbie Ozuna, Pam Peters, Cheryl and Scott Slyter, and Grant and Rachel Peters. Her mother-in-law Pat Williams, and sister-In-Law Belinda and Bob Breight, and Theresa Williams. Several Nieces, Nephews, and Great-Nieces, and Great-Nephews. Her Grandchildren Brianna, Ashen, and Bradley. And her Great Granddaughter Riven.
