Debra (Shaffer) Harr

Debra (Shaffer) Harr, 55 of Topeka, KS died Saturday, October 19, 2019 at the University of Kansas Health System St. Francis Campus

She was born October 27, 1963 in Topeka the daughter of George and Linda (Longstaff) Shaffer.

Debra was a lifelong cosmetologist owning and operating Hats Off Hair Studio and also worked at Blue Cross and Blue Shield for a number of years.  She enjoyed the outdoors and dogs but most of her greatest love was her family.

She married Jerald Kent Harr on November 10, 1985.  He survives.  Other survivors include her mother, Linda Shaffer, two sons, Shayne Harr and Sheldon Harr.  Two granddaughters, Harleigh Hoover, Breelyn Harr and one brother George Shaffer also survive.

Cremation has taken place.  A Celebration of Life will be held from 2:00 until 6:00 p.m. Saturday, November 2, 2019 at 2621 SE Scorpio Avenue.
