Danielle Anguish, aged 53, of Topeka, KS, passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 19, 2026, at Stormont Vail Hospital.
She was born the daughter of Daniel Ramirez, Jr., and Juanita "Jeanie" Adame on September 4, 1972, in Topeka, KS.
With a bright smile and an infectious, bubbly personality, Danielle could light up any room. A true social butterfly, she had a natural gift for connecting with others, never meeting a stranger and making everyone feel welcomed and valued.
Danielle was an avid fan of the Kansas City Chiefs and Kansas Jayhawks. She found joy in attending concerts and traveling to see her favorite artists, including K-Pop, and loved trying new restaurants and chasing new adventures.
Her love for people was at the heart of everything she did, from her work as a cashier to her many roles in hospitality, including over 15 years at St. Francis Hospital in Topeka, where she made a lasting impact on all she encountered.
It was there that she met her beloved husband, Matt Reseigh. They were married on April 21, 2025, and were just two days shy of celebrating their first anniversary
Survivors include her husband, Matt; daughter, Sophia Anguish; mother; Jeanie Adame; two sisters, Lori Worden and her husband Byron; Michelle Heffernan and her husband Patrick; two stepchildren, Derek Anguish and Danielle Anguish. Danielle leaves behind a loving extended family that includes numerous uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, and friends. Her beloved dog, Coco, greeted her in heaven.
She was preceded in death by her father; her late husband, Jim Anguish; and a stepdaughter, Cheyanne Branson.
Memorial visitation will be held on Friday, April 24, 2026, from 9-10:30 A.M., followed by a parish rosary being prayed at 10:30 A.M., at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will follow and be celebrated at 11:00 A.M., at the church.
