Andrea N. Sanders

Andrea N. Sanders, age 39, of Topeka, KS, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, June 2, 2023, at her home in Topeka.

She was born the daughter of Mark D. and Cheryl A. (Jenkins) Sanders on August 14, 1983, in Laramie, WY. After high school,

Andrea attended and graduated from Bryant Career College. She has spent the last 13 years with her fiancé and best friend, Justin Finnell.

When Andrea was not working or spending time with Justin, you could find her reading a good book, playing games on her cell phone or coloring in an adult coloring book. She always had a special connection with dogs and cats and spent time with pet training. Her favorite time was spent with her family watching movies and Troll Hunters with her children. She left this world too soon, but we take comfort in the memories with the time shared.

Survivors include her parents; beloved fiancé, Justin Finnell; son, Derick Coffman; daughter, Adrianna Nicol; son, Chase Coffman; three brothers, Justin Sanders, Ben Sanders (Stephanie), Shane Sanders (Anastacia) and their children, Illyana and Nikolai Sanders. Other survivors include stepchildren, Justice Finnell and her son, Anthony Mesa; and Andre Wright; as well as father and mother-in-law, Robert and Kellie Haney.

She was preceded in death her granddaughter, Ja’Laiha Lynn Goodman-Nicol (2022), and by her grandparents.

Viewing with visitation will be held from 2:00-3:00 P.M., followed by the funeral service at 3:00 P.M., all at Brennan-Mathena

Funeral Home. Cremation will follow after the service. In honoring Andrea’s favorite color, the family kindly requests for all those attending to wear green in her memory.
