Edward "Ed" Albert Kamer

Edward Albert Kamer, 77 of Topeka, KS died Friday, July 3, 2020.

Ed was born April 19, 1943 in Topeka, the son of Albert and Florence (Richardson) Kamer.

He was a member of Assumption Catholic Church where he served as head usher for over 25 years.  Ed worked at the Walgreen Drug Store on Kansas Avenue from 1964 until retirement in 1987.  He also worked several years at the Dickenson Downtown Theaters.

Ed was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Florence along with a sister, JoAnn (Kamer) Tompkins.  He is survived by a sister, Diana (Kamer) Wiechen of Topeka.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday at Mount Calvary Cemetery.

Ed will be loved and missed my many.
