Aldo Meneses

July 18, 1995 — March 21, 2007

Aldo Meneses, of Topeka, died Wednesday March 21, 2007 at a local hospital. He was eleven years old. Aldo was a fifth grade student at Holy Family School where he enjoyed basketball and soccer. He was born in Los Angeles, California on July 18, 1995, the son of Demetrio and Maria Vargas Meneses. His parents and two brothers, Jose De Jesus and Freddy, survive at home. He is also survived by two sets of grandparents who live in Mexico and his Godparents, Ventura and Gregoria Morales, of Topeka. Aldo Meneses will be in repose after 4:00 o’clock Monday afternoon at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church.A rosary will be recited by the parish at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday morning at 10:00 o’clock. Cremation is planned and inurnment is pending. Memorial contributions may be made to the Aldo Meneses Memorial Fund and sent in care of Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home, 800 West Sixth, Topeka 66603.
