Ernesto was born on November 7, 1956 in Los Angeles, Coahuile, Mexico the son of Rosendo Morales and Paula Juarez.
He worked as a janitor in Topeka.
Mr. Morales will lie in state at Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home on Monday from 2-9 p.m. Services and Interment will be in Juarez City, Mexico at a later date.
