David Lee Montague

David Lee Montague, 48, of Topeka, died February 28, 2010 at a local hospital emergency room.

He was born in Topeka, Kansas on September 7, 1961 the son of Bill Dale and Geraldine Alberta (Willmarth) Montague.  They preceded him in death.

David worked in maintenance for apartment building complexes.

He is survived by his siblings, Victoria L. (Vicki) Seamans, Daniel Wayne Montague, Sherry L. Ross and Tina M. Montague, 2 nieces and 4 nephews; Dana and Brandon Seamans, Jessica and Tabetha Dixon, Daniel Montague II and Chad Ross II, 3 great nephews and 2 great nieces; Liam Seamans, Isaiah and Darion Desch, Quintin David Harvin and Taylee Harvin.

David was cremated.  The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. on Thursday at the Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home with a memorial service to follow at 2:00 p.m.  Graveside inurnment will be held on Friday at 2:00 P.M. at the Highland Cemetery in Minneapolis, Kansas.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made in David’s memory to Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home to be designated by the family at a later date.
