Terry Lee Letcher, 59, of Topeka, KS died Wednesday, November 20, 2013 at the Legacy on 10th Avenue. He was born February 26, 1954 in Kansas City, Kansas the son of Kenneth William and Edith Mae (Kuchero) Letcher. They preceded him in death. Terry is survived by a twin brother, Jerry Letcher. He was cremated with no services planned.
