Mildred received a Bachelor’s degree in Business and was an Office Administrator for the Federal Government for 40 years. After her retirement she worked as a teller for Capitol Federal Savings where her great granddaughter Ashley has followed in her footsteps.
She lived her faith and was a very generous soul whose favorite phrase was “much to be thankful for”.
While she was able she took people to church who needed transportation. Mildred enjoyed playing dominos, gardening, traveling, stamp collecting but most important was her family and her ice cream. She enjoyed jewelry and fashion, was a seamstress and always meticulous in her appearance.
