Arnoldo Rivera Meza, 47, of Topeka, KS died Friday, January 5, 2018 at The University of Kansas Health System-St. Francis Campus. He will lie in state from 9:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. After the mass his body will be transported for burial in the Panteon Municipal Cemetery, Villa Matamoros, Chihuahua, Mexico.
