Janice Jewel Abbott, 88, of Topeka, died May 18, 2018 at Winter Meadows in Carbondale, Kansas.
She was born in Parsons, Kansas on October 28, 1929 the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Kinsch.
Janice worked as a Meat Wrapper for the Union.
She married Kenneth Edwin Abbott in Kansas City, Missouri on January 19, 1948, he preceded her in death on October 18, 2000.
She is survived by her daughter, Denise Elizabeth Dahlstrom, two grandchildren, Jacob and Isaiah Dahlstrom, two great grandchildren, Liam and Fiona Dahlstrom, two brothers, Danny and Jerry and two sisters, Lonva and Tory.
Janice was cremated. No services are planned as per her wishes. Inurnment will be in the Mt. Hope Mausoleum with her husband.
Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to Interim Hospice and sent in care of Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home.
